Meagan Gilpatrick, owner, creative director, principal event planner and Maine native, has been designing and planning weddings and events in Maine since 1999. With an artistic background, Meagan believes each event production should incorporate special design elements that reflect the personalities of her clients. Meagan has worked everywhere from: a lobster boat, a nursing home kitchen,  a district sales manager for Limited Brands, the Social Sales Manager for Sebasco Harbor Resort, she was a studio production potter’s apprentice, managed Beale Street Barbecue and Grill Restaurant, waited tables, bartended and worked at hotels,  volunteered on an ambulance crew, worked on an urchin diving boat, and taught Spanish and theater to elementary school children! Because of this fascinating and varied work adventure, Meagan brings a unique skill set to expertly and professionally design and coordinate her clients’ events. Meagan’s work has been published in many regional, national and international publications.


Maine Seasons Events & Rentals offerings share Meagan and her husband’s 20 year collection of custom made, repurposed, re-imagined, vintage & salvaged furniture, lighting, table top decor, linens, accessories, one of a kind props, farm tables, lounge furniture, lighting design, linens and decor rentals. They scout, treasure hunt and explore to find unique items, and get ideas for building custom pieces from their imaginations, each other, their daughter, travels and clients. “We love to make custom items, if you have a special request, let us know!”
