Q: How do we attend Monday night’s dinner?
A: Those staying in a cabin automatically receive a ticket to dinner. Once cabins are fully booked, if there are any remaining dinner tickets we will make them available to anyone who has registered for Relevant on Tuesday, May 9th.
Q: How do I reserve a cabin?
A: There are limited cabins and beds available. They will go super fast! You have the choice of renting a one-bedroom cabin or taking a bedroom in a shared 2-bedroom cabin. If you have a roommate preference you can note that on your registration form and be sure that you sign up for the same cabin as your preferred partner. ie Cabin 7 Bed A and have your partner sign up for Cabin 7 Bed B.
Q: What if I booked a cabin and I want my friend who already registered to stay with me?
A: Have your friend reach out and we will send them a link to pay for a Monday night ticket for dinner and accommodations.
Q: How do I reserve a cabin with my friends?
A: Sign up at the same time to pick a bed in the same cabin as your friend. ie Cabin 6 – Bed A or Cabin 6 – Bed B. If you want to put more people in a cabin than there are bedrooms (ie you want to share a bed, bunk bed, or pullout couch) email us directly [email protected] and we will send them a link to register for their dinner and accommodations.
Q: How many people are attending dinner?
A: There are only 40 seats for dinner.
Q: What if I have a food allergy and want to come to dinner the night before?
A: Dietary needs will be met but please let us know during registration.
Q: Can I just come on Tuesday, May 9th for the day of education?
A: Absolutely!
Q: How many people are attending Tuesday’s full day of education?
A: Roughly 100 people with attendees, speakers, and staff.
Q: What time does Relevant Workshop on Tuesday, May 9th start and end?
A: We encourage you to show up for networking early and stay for a social hour at the end. Doors will open and registration starts at 8 AM with coffee and treats and the education will start at 9 AM and wrap up at 5 PM with social time going until 7 PM.
Q: What will be served for food on Tuesday, May 9th at Relevant Workshop?
A: In the morning, For The Love Of Food & Drink will provide coffee, croissants & muffins, honey & lime glazed cinnamon rolls, fruit platter, assorted quiche (gf options too!) yogurt & granola. For lunch, they will showcase a choice of cozy soups, yummy salads, assorted wraps, and a build-your-own rice bowl experience! At the end of the day, Baked With Love will have a full dessert bar experience for all to enjoy!
Q: Is there parking at the venue?
A: Yes, look for parking attendants upon arrival.
Q: Is my ticket refundable?
A: Your ticket is not refundable but it is transferable to anyone you wish! We can help you find someone from our waitlist.
Q: Will the event be inside or outside?
A: Both! Education will be in the barn and food and camaraderie will be under a gorgeous tent. It’s 100% up to Mother Nature what kind of weather we will have in May so layer accordingly. There is heat in the barn if the weather requires it.
