Q: Is there parking at the venue?

A: Yes and no. Parking at the venue is limited and will be reserved for early morning vendor load-in and speakers. Rather than have people drive to Scotland Fields only to find parking full we ask EVERYONE to Park at the Microtel in York, ME, and hop on the York Trolley. It will be making loops all morning and available for shuttle throughout the day.  You will be able to get back to your car at any time.

Q: Is my ticket refundable?

A: Your ticket is not refundable but it is transferable to anyone you wish! We can help you find someone from our waitlist.

Q: Will the event be inside or outside?
A: The main events will take place outside under a tent. Food will be available in the barn. You may serve yourself and then head back to the tent, or mingle in the barn, it’s 100% up to you and Mother Nature. We will also have fire pits and heat lamps if the weather requires it.
